This Amazing PS3 Live-Action Commercial Is Better Than Any Video Game Movie Ever Made
This. Gave me. Chills.
I've never felt so proud to be a gamer. This commercial is absolutely superb, and is more than just a commercial in my mind. This is a fantastic representation of not only the badassness of our video game heroes, but the badassness of us as gamers controlling them. They are the heroes, we are the heroes. *Raises glass* To video games!

To video games! May they forever make me feel like a badass adventurer!

I absolutely agree with you. The fact that all the voice actors also came in and did all the respective voices is amazing to me. Even the fact that the directors added in Ratchet for like a brief scene shows to me that the director wanted to get the commercial as awesome as possible. This commercial makes me proud to be a gamer. *Raises glass*

I can’t believe I’m the only person who “meh”‘d at this.
You posting this, Lisa, makes you #3 in the last 12 hours who has shown this to me and I still just… “meh”
It’s not BAD or anything. I just miss K.B, I think :’ (

Yeah, best gaming advert made about gaming. Nothing even comes close in a world of inserting subway sandwiches into the hands of game characters. Except Kevin Butler.

Awesome! I thought it was hilarious. Is this an official commercial or a fan thing? I loathe commercials with every fibre of my being, but Sony’s have been surprisingly good. The ones with the fake executive always make me laugh. The only thing better is the Most Interesting Man in the World.
One criticism: I didn’t see anyone from Mass Effect 2. Maybe I just wasn’t paying close enough attention. Or is that still too much of an Xbox product?

Why this! This…is epic! I thought it was fanmade, originally, but still! This oozes awesomeness! And…epic win! And Krispy kream donuts!

FUDGE! Now I wanna cosplay so badly! Curse you, Lightning, and your impossible-to-duplicate-without-a-wig hair!

As a WWII Airborne re-enactor this ad fails on the details of the 82nd Airborne Paratroopers. 1: they have the wrong type of parachute when they got out of the tree. 2: Why would he be talking about Omaha Beach? He just got out of the aircraft and into combat, he seen no action!! Plus that was the 29 Inf or 2 ranger. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omaha_Beach You had a good thing going Playstation, but you dropped the ball there!
